Process
Six stages. No surprisesin any of them.
The same sequence runs whether you booked a window tint or handed over a full restoration. It exists so nobody — you or us — has to guess what happens next.

- 01
Walk the car
We look at the vehicle with you under proper light and say what it actually needs. Paint depth, defect type, trim condition, panel alignment — all of it noted before anyone quotes a number.
- 02
Agree the scope
A written scope with what is included, what is not, how long it takes and what it costs. If something changes mid-job we stop and call you rather than adding it to the bill.
- 03
Preparation
Decontamination, correction, stripping or patterning depending on the work. This is the stage that decides the result, and it is the stage most shops rush.
- 04
The work
Film, coating, paint, trim or fitment — carried out in our own bays by our own team, with the car protected while it is in our care.
- 05
Inspection
Every job is checked under inspection light against the agreed scope. Anything that is not right gets corrected before you are told the car is ready.
- 06
Handover
The car is cleaned, you see the work in person, and you leave knowing exactly how to look after it — including what to avoid in the first week.
What we commit to
Four promisesthat shapeevery job.
- No hidden extras
- The price we agree is the price you pay unless you approve a change.
- No subcontracting
- Every stage happens in our workshop, with our team.
- No rushed prep
- We will move a deadline before we will skip a preparation stage.
- No sales pressure
- If you do not need it, we will tell you that you do not need it.

Skip a layer and the one above it fails. That is true of paint, and it is just as true of the way a job is run.
Before you book
Commonquestions.
For anything beyond a quick look, yes — message us first so the bay and the team are free when you arrive. We are open 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
For tint, accessories and most protection work, yes — photos plus the model and year usually get you a close figure. Restoration and body work always need the car in front of us.
A tint or accessory fit is often same-day. Detailing and coating are typically one to three days. Restoration, full-body film and interior work run longer, and we will give you a real date before you commit.
Tell us before you leave, or call us after. We would far rather bring the car back in and fix it than have a customer live with work they are not happy with.
Service-specific questions are answered on each of the 8 service pages.
